Fo.Co. adopted a Code of Conduct for the Safeguarding and Protection of Minors.

The cooperative acknowledges the paramount importance of safeguarding and promoting the well-being of minors in all its activities. We believe that every child and teenager has the right to grow up in a safe, respectful environment free from any form of exploitation, violence, or discrimination.

For this reason, we have adopted a Child Protection Code which entails the principles and procedures that all our staff members, partners, and suppliers must follow. The Code establishes clear guidelines to:

• ensure the safety of minors in every context;
• promote respect for their dignity and rights;
• prevent and address any inappropriate or harmful behavior;
• provide ongoing training for staff on the sensitivity and responsibility related to this issue.
