Our Origins

Founded in 2012 by a diverse group of professionals, Fo.Co. set out to innovate social cooperation. We reject speculative migration models that treat people as revenue numbers. “Fo.Co.” stands for Training Communion:

• Training as personal growth and professional development rooted in universal brotherhood.

• Communion as co-development, fostering mutual progress for an economy of shared good.

“Foco” was also the nickname Chiara Lubich gave to Igino Giordani—journalist, writer, Constituent Assembly member, and co-founder of the Focolare Movement—whose ideas deeply inspire us.
