The target group consists of educators working with underrepresented or disadvantaged people in entrepreneurship who are facing challenges in the labor market. Inclusive entrepreneurship policies and programs primarily target groups such as women, immigrants, young people, and older adults.

Objectives

Inclusion and diversity: aims to promote social inclusion and improve access for people with fewer opportunities, including those with a migrant background.

Improve the skills of educators and other adult education practitioners, strengthening the supporting role that adult education plays in motivating learners.

Increase synergies and connections, and improve the transition and cooperation among adult educators at international level on inclusive digital entrepreneurship.

Impact
The expected impact of IncludeUp is an increase in the availability of high-quality educational resources, improved knowledge and skills of educators, and stronger synergies and links between adult educators at international level on the topic of inclusive digital entrepreneurship.
