ENTREADU
EntreAdu is an Erasmus+ project that aims to promote social entrepreneurship among young adults with a migrant background, while at the same time strengthening the skills of adult educators. Gamification is used as an innovative method to make learning more engaging and motivating.

Objectives

Strengthen the competences of adult educators in the field of social entrepreneurship.

Empower young adult migrants to become social entrepreneurs and create their own employment.

Promote the use of gamification in adult education to improve engagement, motivation, and learning outcomes.

Support the integration and inclusion of migrants through economic participation.
Activities

Development of an educational framework based on the EntreComp model (EC, 2016).

Creation of a gamified Self-Assessment and Recommendation Tool (SERT) for educators.

Design of a Gamified Open Online Course (OOC) to enhance educators’ competences.

Dissemination and multiplier activities in the different partner countries.

Impact
The project strengthens the competences of adult educators through innovative tools that support the learning and empowerment of migrants. It contributes to the social and economic inclusion of young adults with a migrant background, fostering resilience, autonomy, and a social entrepreneurial mindset. The use of gamification increases engagement and motivation, making training pathways more inclusive and accessible.
